Helpful but not a miracle
It definitely does help reduce frizz, but if you don’t blow dry it tends to leave your hair looking a little stringy. Almost as if you put gel in it. Even with the blow dryer I prefer to add another product to enhance the final look. So if you’re a one product gal, which I prefer to be, you might find something you like better. But for the price it’s good for what it claims to be, anti-frizz.
