Decent juicer at a reasonable price

This is a great price for a tough juicer, but great price means nothing if the product doesn't do what you want. I've been buying a juicer for a few months but only hesitated because of the price. I tested different juicers and found the Chewy Juicer to be a little better for my needs. Chewy juicers are expected to produce more juice, leave drier pulp, and preserve fruit and vegetable nutrients. Compared to centrifugal juicers, they produce more juice, are more prone to clogging, and tend to be more expensive. Mid-range centrifugal juicer. For this reason I was rather skeptical about the quality of this device. The juicer arrived very well packaged but I noticed a crack in the bottom of the pulp container (see attached photo). So far the crack hasn't been a problem, there's no leak, but it seems to be spreading. The juicer is easy to assemble. It's easy and can be done without a guide (if you're familiar with juicing). The engine is not noisy; It's a lot quieter than the centrifugal juicer I've used. Juicing isn't as slow as I expected, at least with softer fruits and veggies. Carrots require some time and effort. A few clarifications: I squeezed juice from celery and apples. The juice yield was 2.5 cups. I then took the pulp and strained it through a nut milk bag. I have another 1/3 cup of juice. Thus, about 10% of the juice remained in the pulp. Again, it was better than the centrifugal juicer, but not by much. Also, over the past month I've noticed that the juice that comes out seems to have more pulp in it than it originally was. This is not a problem with orange juice, where the pulp may be preferred. But with my vegetable juices, like celery and carrots, this is very undesirable. Now I use a nut milk carton to strain the juice. This adds another step and cleaning element that I wanted to get rid of with a masticatory juicer. Some considerations to take into account when purchasing a masticatory juicer are speed options, capacity, or additional features like chopping or mincing. This particular model is very simple when it comes to masticatory juicers. It has a small to medium sized hopper (most fruits need to be cut before you can juice them). There are no additional features and accessories, only one speed. There is a reverse function to get out of any jams, but so far I haven't encountered any jams. The hardest part is cleaning the grate, but that's true of any juicer. Other than that, it's pretty easy to disassemble and clean. In general, he does his job well. My biggest complaint is the amount of pulp in the juice.
