I bought these to replace a Calfalon set that has seen better days. In general, the set is excellent, the color is very pleasant. They seem to cook well and are very easy to peel, and the eggs wipe off immediately if they stick at all - which they do, at least a little around the edges, so don't expect to flip the pan and get magical scrambled eggs. move in them.
