I am an automotive enthusiast, and I thought this product would help me to tow my car smoothly. After i put it to the test I found that it was a complete disappointment. The shackles did not fit the towing holes in my car, causing a lot of trouble for me. The pros of the product are that it appears sturdy, but it's simply not worth it if the design is flawed. The cons, therefore, are that it's a waste of money and time..
