I tried the SAYFUT Sauna Waist Belt to see if it could help me get rid of some unwanted belly fat. The neoprene material felt comfortable against my skin, and the adjustable velcro closure made it easy to find a snug fit. When I wore the belt during workouts or while doing chores around the house, I definitely worked up a sweat in my midsection. However, I didn't notice a significant change in my waistline after several weeks of consistent use. While the SAYFUT Sauna Waist Belt did help me feel warm and sweaty, I'm not sure if it's the best option for those who want to lose inches off their waist. It might be more effective as an accompaniment to a healthy diet and exercise routine, rather than a standalone solution for slimming down.
