I'm not violating copyright but it reminds me of a line from a movie. "Knife? It's not a knife! THAT's a knife!" I can't believe you can have the right tool for the job, day or night! I've never had a knife this professional! I thought the prep of potato salad gives everyone a headache because it's a lot of work! I'm shocked that slicing a potato was like slicing a cake! It even SOUNDS different than before! Instead of a loud bang and a possible gunshot and chasing one Of a piece of potato that has flown halfway across the kitchen it's easy nssh that sounds so easy I specifically tried not to just love this knife if you're unsure about buying it as a gift and seeing them love how cool it is unless you already have one of those high HRC knives! I had no idea about HRC until recently and it's definitely interesting to know how these knives are made to have higher HRC achieve C-values! The only downside is that I don't want to use it for anything other than slicing ovo cabbage soup. This is my paring knife! I don't want it messed up or damaged in any way! I had NO desire to cut a hammer like they do in the TV commercials. I'll probably use it for slicing boneless meat if I need it in the future, but not anytime soon.
