This is exactly what I wanted for my dog. He seems a bit small. It's just a little tight around my waist and I love things that are loose. But it will be enough. I like that the sleeves are long and have elastic around the wrist. I also like that it zips up as it's just long enough to hit the hips. I leave it partially buttoned and pull it over my head, afraid the zipper will get caught.
