Doesn't rotate. Fits GPS system accessory

I fitted the bracket exactly as it should, except for the most important thing, the bracket itself doesn't rotate as it should, it looks like the screw was overtightened during production or something and does not let it rotate. What a waste of money and time installing it only to find out it's permanent. The only form to contact and get support is an email with a 2 day delay. Pooh
