Review on Grey Left Driver Side Sun Visor Replacement Compatible With 2009-2014 Nissan Murano, OE Part 96401-1AA1B By SAILEAD by Jay Chenier

Almost Like Original

Installed in 2014 Murano Limited with Sunroof. This is the 4th time I've had to replace the driver side visor. My visors always break at the plastic mechanism that holds the visor up. This is the first non Nissan manufactured visor I have bought. Considering my first replacement (in 2016) cost over $300 and my last one (2021) $178, I am SO HAPPY this worked. I was skeptical on what quality you would get for anything under $50 and there were a couple of options to choose from. I chose the least expensive and while I have a beige leather interior, the only color option I could find was grey. As you can see from the pictures, the grey matched beautifully. The fabric is the same in texture and quality as the original. The visor feels the same in sturdiness, but is a bit stiffer opening and closing. I'm hoping this means it will wear better and last longer. The other difference is the lighted mirror. It is slightly smaller with a light set across the top of the mirror instead of at the side - not better or worse, just different. It has the slide out extender too, which is nice. Installation is the same as a replacement with an original part and after the 4th time pretty easy. I love my Murano and the visors are the only design defect I've noticed, so it's nice that I don't have to break the bank to replace them.If the visor doesn't hold up well, I'll update the review, but right now, I am happy enough to take the time to write this.
