I received the monitor a few days ago and am very happy with it so far. However, I have to return it if I can't fix the USB-C issue. Connecting the new M1 MacBook Pro with the included USB-C cable only works at 4k 30Hz. This makes it practically unusable. I've spoken to Apple Support and it doesn't seem to be a settings/macbook issue. Hopefully a higher quality cable will fix this, but it won't be the end of the world as I would still replace the cable that came with it because it's so short. However, it would be odd if the cable that came with it didn't match the specs of the monitor that came with it. We hope that this question will be resolved soon.
