These solid chrome steel nuts replace OEM tabs which have a stainless steel body over plain steel tabs. All Chrysler products using this style have problems in that the outer shell will warp or the steel under the spreader lug will rust, preventing the lug bushings or wrenches from fitting properly. Pain in the store but possible defeat on the road. The effort and costs for the replacement are worth it. This kit was packaged well, the chrome is acceptable, the threads are well finished. Rust resistance is unknown, I waxed them prior to installation for extra protection.
