For a $40 flashlight, this is about what I expected. Out of the box the fit and finish was very good for a plastic lantern, it looks really well made. It took me a big dive to install. The instructions direct you to use the Smart Life by Volcano Technology app. I scanned the QR code in the manual, installed and followed the steps to ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are active. It scanned my light and found it quickly, and then when I selected "add light" the timer scrolled for 1 minute and then said the add failed. I kept resetting the light and trying again for about 30 minutes. I've tried everything I could think of but it just refused to complete the process. I was ready to box up the bulbs (I bought 3) to send them back, but I happened to remember seeing other similar bulbs saying the "Tuya Smart" app would work too, so decided me to try this before sending them back. On the first try with the Tuya Smart App, the light was found and added in about 30 seconds. Installing all three lamps took about 2 minutes. Now I love the light. I can confirm that the main lights and the RGB lights can be turned on at the same time, and when the lights are set the way you want, you can turn them on and off with the regular lights switch. Oh, one more thing. The Oeegoo.com website has been down for over a week (June 2021). Hope they still work.
