Does NOT work with Windows 7 x64

I am using this with a D-Link D-628 router and it does not work with my Windows 7 x64 computer. Once I was able to get the D-Link connection manager up and running, I pressed the button on the adapter and then the button on my router that should connect them. Nothing has happened. Entering my SSID address manually didn't work either. I don't blame Win 7, I blame D-Link. The Win 7 Beta and RC versions have been around for over a year and D-Link has no excuse that D-Link does not have updated firmware for Win 7. Just because something says it will work with Vista doesn't mean it will. works with Win 7. After I installed and reinstalled the D-Link software, not even the connection manager would start, so I couldn't try the workaround someone suggested (adding a new network). I connected via ethernet so Win 7 could find the correct driver for this adapter but was told I had "problems with the adapter's driver". Unacceptable, unforgivable.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
