Review on 13-Inch-by-9 Chicago Metallic Professional 🍗 Roast Pan with Non-Stick Rack in Gray by Donald Larson

Since I received this roaster I have used it dozens of times. I used this last night to roast 2 batches of chipotle chicken thighs in my new Breville Smart Oven Air Oven. It's the perfect size, cooks really well, and although I ran out of foil to line the pan, cleanup was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this pan for frying and I also think it's great for things like casseroles or lasagne as the non-stick surface is great and very durable with proper care. The instructions that came with the pan are clear - this is NOT a frying pan, hand wash only and no harsh detergents. It's so easy to clean that even after an hour and a half of roasting the chicken (and after the pan was dirty overnight) it only took two minutes of soaking and washing to get it clean. Love it!
