Review on MyLifeUNIT Japanese Skimmer Stainless Strainer by Matthew Loesch
Great product for its price!
I was very skeptical that this strainer only removes oil from soups/stews. I made the albóndiga (meatballs) stew and as expected the meat came out with lots of oil. I used it to degrease the surface of a saucepan and was amazed at how easily it cleaned the stew. I tried it in spots where there was no oil to see if it would pick up liquid and it didn't. I am so happy with my purchase as I can now wash dishes and save my family the hassle of eating unnecessary oils and stews.
