Looks and works like the original.
Easy to install by following the instructions on You-Tube. Just be careful not to drop the screw into the door frame like the video says. I was lucky enough to be able to get it without removing the inner door frame. I would suggest using a magnetic screwdriver. The product performs as expected and looks like original equipment - far less than the few hundred dollars listed for each of the three places it can be made. This non-mechanic took about 30 minutes.
