This strap is nice and doesn't bother my wrist like the plastic that Fitbit comes with. It's easy to slip on and off for charging, or adjust for hotter/cooler days when my arm feels better with a tighter/looser fit. For me there are two downsides. First, the magnet used to close the watch is pretty strong, so it will stick to random things (mostly my keys and work laptop). Second, I really wanted an iridescent look, but the one I got is almost all yellow with a bit of purple here and there. Yellow is one of my least favorite colors, so I wasn't too keen on it.
