Only one G8 bulb on Bulbs
The bulb is listed as an OEM replacement bulb for microwave ovens. A customer asked if it was a G8 bulb and the answer was no. I made the purchase expecting a sturdier bulb that could withstand the shock of closing the microwave door with the light on. The smaller bulb pictured (right) is the one I received as an OEM replacement for the original bulb (left). The resulting lamp is clearly marked G8. I could use one of the G8 bulbs I have and pay a fraction of the cost. Anger and disappointment with this purchase.
