Only lasted a month

The original lamp lasted almost four years, this one only four and a half weeks. Too bad I think as it seems to be the only halogen that fits.

The product did not fit, the money was not refunded.

Lightbulb didn't work when it arrived. It fit, was what we needed, but it didn't work. We requested a refund, paid for the return shipping and our return was never credited. So we didn't have the cost of the bulb that we didn't save and the shipping cost of the defective bulb.

Only one G8 bulb on Bulbs

The bulb is listed as an OEM replacement bulb for microwave ovens. A customer asked if it was a G8 bulb and the answer was no. I made the purchase expecting a sturdier bulb that could withstand the shock of closing the microwave door with the light on. The smaller bulb pictured (right) is the one I received as an OEM replacement for the original bulb (left). The resulting lamp is clearly marked G8. I could use one of the G8 bulbs I have and pay a fraction of the cost. Anger and disappointment…
