Great solution for call centre and CRM related operations

I like that it's easy, simple system with intuitive user interface which makes things easier when using this tool in my business! The price of Netphac has not been expensive enough so far compared other competitors out there who offer much more affordable solutions but have less functionalities than net phaco can provide (like reporting). If your looking at cost/price efficiency then go ahead because once again i am happy about its low prices considering all functions provided by these tools are very useful from managing calls & customer relations management up until billing process etc.. And also great support team behind every product they sell!! Reporting needs improvements though some specific ones might be difficult due solving them since we use many different systems together - such problems would require integration between those softwares too make sure their platforms work handinhand perfectly otherwise users experience will suffer greatly if one or both doen't function properly as expected within same platform! So now time comes where our customers know exactly what services offered through.

  • Reportings are not as good as expected, we'll have to work very hard to improve it in order to make it more effective
