Works great but a little weird

They work great as described but these weird black dots are starting to build up on them. I don't know if it's mold or what, but they don't wash off and that hasn't happened to any of my cheaper kitchen gloves. Apparently it "spreads" to gloves, but hasn't invaded other surfaces yet. Strange. They still work great but it's a little weird.
