The ability to remotely access devices at all times has been very helpful in our day job of working with remote clients who are unable or unwilling (or both!)to provide us their data when we need it most - during business hours! It is not always 100% reliable but that's due more likely so than anything else I can think about right now...

which isn't much considering how powerful an asset this software package actually turns out be once you get used too its quirks/issues as they relate specifically tO your needs & requirements!!
