I am buying this kit to install a set of high points over the handlebars. The idea was to be able to turn the bike upside down to fix the plane without removing everything from the handlebars (throttle, shifters, brake levers, mirrors, lights, display). Despite all the "spacers" used, the mounts rotated as if they were mounted on roller bearings. By the way, gaskets are NOT designed to fit properly. I wrapped strips of neoprene rubber cut from old inner tube around the handlebars. The bindings are still too unstable for my purpose. Maybe they're useful for something else.
