These latches fit my replacement tailgate perfectly (Silverado 1500 2001) and include two mounting screws on each side and plastic actuator rod brackets already installed. Rubber buffers are similar to the original. The tailgate works smoothly and latches quietly and securely with no subsequent rattling, although I had to adjust the latch bolts on the bodywork to achieve this result. A note on the name of the entry, however. It contains the expression "with locking bolts". The item I received did not include firing pins and I did not expect this. It includes screws for attaching the latches to the tailgate.
