I really like this phone holder. It is very durable. There isn't a part I can snap off like the others I've tried, it's 360. I don't foresee it coming loose and damaging my phone. My only complaint is that it's quite bulky compared to the simple looks. When my phone isn't there, I find it pretty ugly. I think that's what makes it so secure that it's hard to complain because it's definitely functional. The arms come out and do exactly what they're supposed to do. The lock is a great feature. I kept one for overland riding and the other for recreational riding where there are fewer bumpy spots. Please let me know if you find this useful. Update: Took this on Black Diamond with more rocks and roots. This phone holder does not hold. Due to the extremely uneven terrain, it wobbles and dangles on the handlebars. Everything was fine in Blue Square. I'm still giving that 4 stars because with any other phone holder I would have lost my phone or popped it out. Even if lost, this phone is still four-handed and safe. Just chatting and annoying. Now when I drive a Black Diamond, I just take off my phone holder. I still use this in easier terrain for mapping purposes. Still a great phone holder.
