It looks beautiful but apparently it is very painful to install. The insulation was dented and torn a bit, but more importantly, the drum lid was really visibly dented. We waited about a week to see if it evened out, but it didn't. All of this made us feel like it was a possible refusal/return. Shame as we paid someone to help install it and now it needs to come down and come back. If they sent us a new shade with no dents, we would definitely repeat this review. Due to the security of the Revain platform I am unable to contact the seller so I hope you will read your reviews. It's a nice looking lantern to be honest, just a little damaged. *** UPDATE: Never heard from seller so bought a new unit to replace the dented lampshade. The new one came with a dent! It was less noticeable than the first one, so I decided to change it anyway, but I'm very unhappy with the quality. We pick it up THEN we notice that one of the glass mounts is broken, so no. Put the original back in place after heating the dent with the hair dryer to make it a little less noticeable. 3 hours of our lives that we'll never get back, and a weirdly crumpled shadow at the end. Very frustrating. The dent looks darker with the light on. See left side in photo.
