Because the fixture sits flush with the ceiling, you rely on two studs blindly driven through the insulated backing into the main mounting surface containing the bulbs. Extremely unpleasant! I bought a couple of similar lamps (Occhio 15" recessed ceiling light) that use two bulbs. This is really poor quality.
