Love these lights. I have two smaller ones that went up very easily but at 20 inches it took me a hell of a time to install this light. So here are my tips. small holes in the bracket. This is not uncommon BUT as the light is flush mounted and so wide it is difficult to see where the screws are. I found a good solution for this 1) Move the insulation away from the holes on the back (ceiling) of the light fixture to ensure I can easily look through the holes to see where things are going. 2) Mark the ceiling with a pencil line that lines up with the rack screws. Make sure it extends beyond the width of the fixture. 3) Connect all the wires (black, white, ground) and leave the ground wire long so you can use it as a hanging support. Your arms get tired when you have to hold it over your head! 4) Keeping the bracket rotated and aligned with the mark on the ceiling, slide it from left to right (a along the marked line) until you see the screws in the holes. 4) Place the nuts on the bolts and tighten.
