Update: We received replacement parts a few weeks later. Everything was in good condition. If you are planning a purchase, we advise you to purchase in advance due to possible missing or damaged parts. This is an absolutely lovely home after the little girl's headache and heartache from not getting her birthday present. birthday in a few weeks. The wait was worth it. The company also sent us spare parts free of charge. Instead it gave 4 stars only due to the fact that I initially received damaged and missing parts. It's worth the price if not more. Very durable. The furniture is made of wood and well finished. Colors are beautifully preserved damage and missing parts. Very disappointing. Instructions are not clear, only pictures. The child could not receive anything on his birthday. And it's sitting in the garage while we wait for support to try and get parts. You don't have to buy them from the company, which is our option. Or taking it apart, which took 3 hours, only to find out at midnight that it was. Update: Customer service emailed us to say we should receive the parts in 3-5 days. Being a week late with a gift is better than never. It actually took me a couple of weeks to receive it.
