I like that it's connected to our CRM system so we can see all of my clients in one spot as well as their data from other systems such as payroll or HRIS software which makes tracking really easy! It could be more user friendly at times but this isn't too big an issue when you're using someone else's product anyway :) We use People Hum with Payroll & Recruitment services within the same organisation however there are some areas where they don’t quite work together perfectly (eg creating new employees) yet these issues aren’t major enough problems to discontinue them being used.
