This item is new or used. I installed this item about 2 weeks ago. Easy to install, it took me about 10-15 minutes to install and test. The water ran well but the ice machine took time to make ice. So I went to bed and the next morning I noticed a puddle of water on the floor. I checked the bottle, it was empty. So I switch bottles and notice that the hose from the fridge that fills the ice tray is overflowing. The water dispenser kept pumping water into the fridge to fill the ice tray and it overflowed into the freezer and onto my floor.
