My GE dryer was squeaking so loud. I surfed the web trying to figure out what could be causing the problem and found that simply replacing the airframes (as well as the front plastic bracket) was an easy fix. After approx. 1/2 hour operation SILENT DRYER! It was simple and straightforward and better than paying a few hundred for a support call or spending over $600 on a new dryer. It also comes with a drive belt. Can replace this too as you have a dryer separately. Don't forget to remove the fluff while you can!
