After installing the lock and making all connections I tried entering the code but it didn't work and the battery size for the remote is 27 not AAA and it took me a while to figure it out. After getting the battery for the remote and installing it, I excitedly tried to program it into the lock as instructed and it didn't work. I tried to return this item and the seller refused but gave me half my money. return. I wish I had spent $25. For a normal lock.
