Wrong description. This sanding pad is not suitable for Ryobi RS2418 rotary sanders. In addition to the four screw holes, the Ryobi base has four small round knobs that protrude about 1/8 inch. The Superior Electric Pad does not fit the grinder snugly as it does not have four holes to accommodate the Ryobi grinder's four raised handles. A proper replacement pad should have eight holes - four for screws and four for small round knobs. I ended up drilling four holes in a Superior Electric grinding wheel. I had to be careful to figure out where the four holes were and not drill too deep into the block.
