The first set arrived and two plastic bowls were broken, but they were immediately replaced with a set in perfect condition. The brush itself is very durable, as is the plastic shell they sit in. However, I bought them because they were advertised as stainless steel. We live in a humid climate and after about 6 months the brushes rusted where the brush head attaches to the pole. So it looks like this. dirty which looks brown/reddish which, to put it bluntly, looks like feces on the part of the brush exposed to people using the bathroom. The brush is great but the rust makes it look like I'm showing a dirty poop brush. I haven't returned to the return window in months, but think twice if you live in a humid climate.
