The biggest thing I like about this system is that it keeps all of my accounts in one place, so I only need to log into once per week! It's also very easy to use and navigate. The best part is that you can customize your own forms from scratch (no templates!). There are some things I don't particularly care for but they're not deal breakers. So far everything has been great! We've had no problems with any of our customers or anyone else using the software. Just make sure you have someone who knows how to set up custom fields/forms as well as create new ones if needed. Keep an eye out for ROSS training videos - they help immensely when there isn't a lot of written documentation available. This makes setting up an account much easier than having to figure everything out yourself. It's easy to use, has great customer service support, and it allows you to manage all facets of your business from one place. I dislike that there are no reports or dashboards available in the software itself. There should be more than just an option to export data into Excel as well! You can't easily create custom fields for each account/customer without exporting them out to excel first. The ability to have multiple accounts under 1 umbrella makes managing our customers so much easier.
