It is very easy for us as we have no IT background whatsoever! They've got it sorted so that I can get my head around how this would work with our current applications / websites etc., but they're also quick enough responding when something does go wrong (which hasn't happened yet).

We were looking online into various providers of software solutions which could integrate seamlessly within an existing website without requiring too much outlay upfront - we'd been using a number from Microsoft who had some sort of platform already installed however didn't feel like having another solution was necessary given their price tag (£40k+ each year) plus ongoing support costs/services required. This provider came along offering exactly what we needed; low initial cost compared against other similar platforms, fast turnaround times once set-up has taken place and great communication throughout setup process.
