My local furniture store has the same item in several basic colors for $100. if you want other color. I asked for plain black, it took them three months to get it. So I ordered it unfinished and painted it myself and stained the top mahogany to match my other furniture in the room. I think it turned out great! It is very easy to assemble, enough for learning and easy to move. I've just ordered another one and I'm in the process of painting it red oak to match my parquet floor in the other room. This is definitely an upgrade from cheap plastic tables that slide under the furniture I've used. If you decide to do it yourself, be sure to sand it lightly, especially before painting, to remove the stains. I've now included a picture of the packaging and a second server sofa that I painted to match my wooden floor. Hope the pictures help.
