Pros: The screen is bright, clear, the picture is good. However, if like me you're using it as a laptop extension and mounting it as a monitor, I recommend going into the display settings and scaling the display to 125%. I have 20/20 eyesight and it's not easy to see 1080P text from about 30 inches away. plug and play My laptop's USB-C doesn't support display output so I need USB-C (power) + HDMI (video/audio) but once both are connected it worked straight away. - The touchscreen is responsive and functional in all areas. Passes Paint.net test for 10-point contact. All 10 fingers on the screen draw at the same time. However, they must be added 1 at a time. Doesn't work if all 10 are pressed at once, but that could be a software issue rather than a screen issue - I/O options aren't bad. HDMI for audio/visual input. 2 USB-C ports mean you still save 1 by using the other for power/video. Micro-USB also provides an additional connection to control the game or other devices. Finally, a 3.5mm audio jack completes the whole thing if you want to use headphones, speakers or a Bluetooth transmitter. - VESA mounts on the back, mount it almost anywhere. - Magnetic back cover for protective case (fairly standard) but this means I don't have to attach the screen to the top of the stand. Mounted on magnets Cons: The speakers are just terrible. Only use them in the most severe cases. I'm not an audiophile but they are disappointing. Even a standalone speaker that can be powered from a 3.5mm audio jack will work better. The only benefit is that there are 2 of them, so you get double the horror in stereo. It would have been better to just get 1 horrible token speaker and save us a few bucks at checkout. I don't like that the volume and brightness controls are shared on the 'wheel'. To change the volume, you need to swipe up first, then swipe up/down to change the volume. For brightness, let's scroll down first. As for me, I have a feeling that I won't change the brightness that much. I prefer to access it via the power button, which brings up the input menu with a quick press. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone considering their expectations, don't take my cons listed above.
