Review on Amsterdam Acrylic Ink - Deep Gold (US) - One Size by Jessica Lewis

Maybe I overlooked something. Little experience with acrylic paints. I'm a watercolor artist, but I use acrylic inks in some of my work. My choice of brands was Amsterdam. I ordered a bottle from Revain. When it arrived I gave it a good shake a few times to mix the pigment and acrylic. I noticed it didn't mix, so I opened the bottle. The drop was completely clogged with dried pigment and when I tried to stir the liquid I found that the pigment was a sponge in the shape of a large glass or some similar material. It is impossible to mix it with liquid acrylic. As I said, I'm not very familiar with ink, but I don't understand how this bottle can be used. I don't know if it's a product or a manufacturer. let others come I hope this is an isolated case and that I don't have the same problem with others.
