perspective. The dealer asked $350 to charge my AC system. This item plus a bottle of coolant cost me less than $40 at my doorstep the next day and it took 15 minutes. Excellent. That being said, let's see what possible consequences you, the person contemplating the purchase, may suffer. It's made of cheap materials with absolutely terrible workmanship. In particular, you can knock. It was threaded like using a sharpened stone to complete a task. I played with it for 10 minutes, carefully filling the can, and then *daughter*, the can looked askance at the seat and started spinning. Then I withdrew and repeated it over and over again. (See attached image) After a few minutes I decided to just stick it on. I hoped the press would persevere and see this whole experience as a one-off. Luckily it held the seal and I was able to pump up and charge the air conditioning in my jeep. I've been lucky. It didn't close easily, the jug was tipped far off axis in the faucet. I threw everything in the trash after sealing the hoses and fittings with silicone and put everything in a canister. There are only two reasons to buy this: 1) if you don't have the cash to buy a better kit, or 2) if it's the only kit you can get shipped to your door very quickly. This kit is the last. If you have another choice, buy something else. It can't be worse. Because there's a good chance that if you buy this one, it still won't work.
