five warranty claims in less than three years
We've only had problems with this faucet. Specifically, we replaced the spray head three times because of a leak and the hose twice because of a leak. Kohler ships replacement parts for free under a lifetime warranty, but parts take a few weeks to ship. Regardless of the fact that I have five warranty claims to complete in less than three years, I regret buying this faucet. I asked Kohler the last time I called if they would refund my money. You decided not to reply to this part of my letter. I will never buy a Kohler faucet again. I suggest you too.
