Review on Incenter Technology by Christian Young

The IT department of the company is good at their job. They are always there to help my company with our IT needs. The service is always great and they always have the best suggestions on what to use. The only thing I would like to see is more of an improvement in the customer service side of things. The service department is great but the customer service is a little lacking. I think it would be a great idea if they hired more customer service representatives. The IT department is always there to help me, and they are always very professional, honest, and efficient. I would like to say thank you to them for all the help that they give me.
