Very helpful but complicated and intimidating

I like that it has so many different options in terms of what you can do as far as scheduling appointments or contacting customers etc! It's very easy to use once your used too much other software such as Outlook/Exchange Server - which was really hard at first because everything else we had before this program wasn't compatible. The only thing about IService is if there are multiple people using one computer they sometimes get confused when trying to go back into their calendar after being away from workstation for awhile (ie not logging out). Also some functions don’t seem intuitively obvious until someone explains them thoroughly enough where even then its difficult to understand how to implement certain features without help. We have been able to schedule our own time off by creating shift schedules online through here instead of having employees call us each day asking who will be working next week. This allows everyone involved access to these details easily via internet rather than relying solely upon paperwork left around office desks.

  • Keeps track records straight forwardly allowing both employee & supervisor alike simple monitoring system available anytime anywhere.etc.,..allot easier way !!!!!! :)..than keeping paper copies..; ).and also keep record history...in fact....its all good...:)..I am glad my employer uses........IServices
