The ease of use and the ability to quickly access patients in the system. The ability to easily create reminders for patients to show up for their appointments. The ability to track patient compliance and the ability to easily send text and email reminders to the patient. The ability to view patient charts and to be able to view patient data that is not present in the EMR is a nice feature as well. I have not found any downsides to the system. I have been able to create reminders for patients to show up for their appointments and I have been able to easily send text and email reminders to the patient.
