I advise you to stay away from PartsBroz. I ordered a part from them because their Revain ad claimed it was a replacement for my broken original dishwasher part. First, the directions were terrible. The photos/drawings were so blurry that I couldn't tell which part was shown. Written instructions were sorely lacking. Luckily I was able to find a video tutorial on the Whirlpool website. This video all came together in five to ten minutes. However, the wheels, the part that connects the dishwasher grate to the dishwasher, were undersized in diameter (30% smaller I would say) and at least twice as thick as the originals. So I googled the company for contact information. I found her site. I tried their chat. It was a robot that asked a few questions and then sent me to another site where I had to enter my credit card number to get answers to my questions. I tried calling Robot again but that's fine so no problem but instead of letting me stay on the line to wait for customer service they just hung up. These people obviously don't care about their customers. They're just a double company trying to steal your money.
