Review on 📝 Sungold Abrasives 22-45220 220 Grit PSA Rolls: Premium 10-Yard Stearated Silicon Carbide Sandpaper by Tony Addis

This paper is about half the price of Porter Cable's self-adhesive sandpaper but lasts about half as long. I like that the adhesive isn't so sticky that it tears the pad on the sander like Porter Cable paper does. In the product description it says "Heavy weight C-backing paper with latex impregnated paper for strong and flexible backing abrasives that won't come loose when flexed" and the part about the grain left behind when the paper is flexed is very true, but that's it only loops. the paper backing was torn at the edges of some of the boards, which doesn't happen with the paper I usually use. I'm still hesitant to make a final decision until I've looked at a few more sheets, but my first impression is that this isn't commercial grade sandpaper at all. I've had the best luck with the Gator Grit, but it's no longer available.
