Oh my god! no matter! The technician came to the house and couldn't find any problems with the line, told me my 7 month old router was junk, I didn't believe it but had no other options so I looked for a dual band router and that was it The choice again. Same day delivery and BAM! I went through the setup with my ISP and went from 15-20Mbps in 10 minutes with constant drops and crashes to a 200Mbps 5G wireless connection throughout the house with no issues for the past 72 hours. So impressed with the range and uptime of this router/modem. To be honest I was looking for something cheaper and something with antennas sticking out, but once plugged in I had incredible range and reception, even better on the other hand. At home where I connected a wired repeater, the 5G wireless connection from this unit is better! Some devices cannot use a 5G connection, so they also broadcast a 2G signal, so older and incompatible devices work great at lower MbpsBTW. I was so impressed with the first review I ever wrote that I went to Amazon to write it in the middle of a movie streaming because I could do it from my bed where I couldn't watch the streaming before . Super buy and delivery on the same day? I'm a fan
