Fixed issues with green algae. It works!

We share a 55 gallon tank and after we started using the SeaChem neutral regulator I noticed an increase in green algae growth in all my decorations. I have some artificial corals in my aquarium and it annoys me to have to clean them every week. I read the back of the NR bottle and found that it is phosphate based. Algae love phosphate. I bought a small bottle of this product from my local pet store and paid a hefty sum for it. I put something in my Seachem "The Bag" and threw it in the canister filter. To my surprise, algae growth slowed down over a two-week period. So I ordered a large container from Revain and haven't looked back since. Every time I empty my canister, I dump the old phosgaurd, add a few tablespoons to my pocket, and toss it into the top bowl of my canister. For the past few months I have had little to no problems with green algae forming on my artificial corals. The photos I have provided are of a 2 liter jug. That's a lot of phosgaurd. In the other photo you can see the size of the granules. I hope this review helps someone. Have fun shopping!
