Bought 8th August, this is 24th August. Yesterday it suddenly stopped working when I used a pumice stone. I thought it ran out of power because it wouldn't turn on afterwards. No problem, right? Just plug in and wait. Well I plugged it in but the battery gauge just shows a missing bar. I checked the light button and it glows red while charging. It is in order? It left him alone. I turned it off after 5 hours and it still wouldn't turn on. I have little use for this device. Maybe 7 times for brushing and 2 times for vacuuming. I had an old brush that runs on batteries that are many years old and still work. It's not that strong, but it gets the job done. This is the only vacuum and brush combo I've been able to find on Revain and ebay and in less than a month it's already giving me problems. It has never been dropped, never submerged in water. I make sure to flush it with the inlet down because that little flap has a gap for water to pass through, even though they say it's watertight. What should I do if it turns into a fancy paperweight? The video was taken after I charged it overnight before I went to bed. So it has to be loaded.
